The data centre and offices, which comprised of a two floor build with mezzanine floor had been specified using traditional wet trade construction methods. Due to the short timeline, the project lent itself to a pre-finished modular system delivering fast installation times and ease of construction.
At every stage, both pre and post build, Securiclad offered technical and design guidance and support
The build programme was complete on schedule with further installations since being secured.
The ground floor server room was constructed using LPS1175 SR4 Securiclad panels and the second floor office area in Isoclad Firestop 10 fire rated panels.
Aesthetic finish was crucial for this installation and decorative flashings and system components were supplied pre-finished and in the desired White Dust Free Laminate Finish.
